Here at Net Art we offer a wide range of internet services that our clients can benefit from.

When you become a client of ours, we will chat and discuss exactly what you want your website to achieve. Only then will we advise you which of our services you require.
Domain Name Registration
Web Site Design
Web Site Hosting

Design Of Graphics
The first important step with obtaining a presence on the internet is to register a domain name. There are many types of domain name suffixes available, such as .co.uk, .com, .net, .tv, .ie etc...
We can register the domain name on your behalf, with us as the administrator and you as the registered owner (so many web designers register their self as the registered owner, this means their client has no rights over the domain name) or you can register it yourself (we will point you in the right direction if you want to register it yourself.).
This is not a costly process, some domain can be purchased for less than £10, but a reoccurring fee for renewing the domain will be applicable no matter what domain name suffix you purchase.
Every client is different so that is why we design every client's website from scratch using a standard skeleton on which to build the design.
The framework allows us to create websites that are made specifically for our clients. In addition you can benefit from our own web site management system to allow content to be added/edited, upload images and a lot more, by you not us.
Many website designers will tell you that their web site management system will allow you to do similar things to ours, but what they forget to tell you is they are using FREE "open source" software like Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla.
Open source software can cause security issues. You see, open source software is normally free and cerated in the open domain by a number of different people, all of the code is freely available to download on the internet. This means web hackers can identify "holes" in the code that provides them access to the website to allow them to change the content of the website.
In addition "open source" software often need updates to "plug" security holes.
With our system all of the code has been written by us and is kept private, so a would be hacker cannot study our code, they have to use brute force, which is extremely hard work for a hacker.
Once we create your website we will host it on our dedicated server housed in a purpose built data centre.
The space we allocate to your website will be ample to allow your website to grow and mature.
On our server we do not allow hosting of any web site that has not been designed by us. There is a good reason for this, we have full control over what is hosted on it.
Many web designers will host your website on a "shared server" (A shared server is a server that is divided up into lots of sections, each section hosts a website), the problem with a shared server is you just do not know what other websites are being hosted along with yours. If the other websites generate lots of visitors, then the speed at which your website will be displayed to your visitors will be slower and the connection may time ou resulting in your site not being shown.
If we find that any of our client's websites is generating a lot of traffic then we will discuss the issue with our client and recommend we move it to another server.
Once your website is designed and hosted by us we can offer a variety of maintenace on your site. Even though you have complete control over creating, editing and adding content to your web site, there may areas were you require our help.
Some of our clients are too busy to add a large amount of content to their site or do not have the right software to process media files, photographs, brochures etc into a suitable format for inclusion into their website.
We can offer such services on a one off basis or be retained to provide such services.
It is important to ensure your website has the best possible chance of being displayed in the top 30 results in search engines, like Google, when your existing and potential customers undertake a search.
This process is very time consuming as it requires research in identifying what search terms people will be using to find your company and its services/products. After that research phase there is the process of instigating the findings and then monitoring/updating as well other measures that must be put in place.
As part of this process we can submit your website to some of the major search engines. Our web site management system automatically creates a "site map" of those pages that are set for public viewing.
